Download and Installation Paths
We offer three installation routes. Android users can download our APK directly via the koko300 website and install it by enabling "Unknown Sources" in device settings—a process that takes under two minutes. iOS users access our web-app via Safari or Chrome, add it to the home screen as a shortcut, and log in each time without installation overhead. Desktop and mobile web users visit koko300.id directly in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and bookmark for quick return.
Each path carries the same underlying account and balance. A login on Android APK syncs with your web-browser session; switching between devices does not require re-registration. Your account, deposit history, and live-game records are unified across all access methods.

App vs Browser: Performance and Features
The koko300 Android app excels in speed and offline capability. Once you log in, app data caches locally, so viewing your bet history, account balance, and market listings requires no internet on subsequent visits—useful during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when network congestion peaks. Push notifications deliver instant alerts when a market opens, a live-dealer table starts, or your withdrawal is confirmed. The app also handles background tasks (session refresh, data sync) more efficiently than a browser tab, extending battery life on longer sessions.
Browser access (desktop or mobile web) requires no download and runs anywhere—useful if you share a device, are on a public computer, or prefer not to install software. No APK file means no unknown-sources toggle or storage footprint. Both approaches access the same koko300 backend; your balance, bet history, and transaction log are identical whether you bet via app or browser. Choose app for convenience and offline caching, or browser for maximum portability and zero installation friction.
Seamless Cross-Device Experience
Log in on Android at home, switch to your laptop at a café, and back to iOS at the end of your day. Your session, balance, and open bets stay in sync across all devices via our unified account system.
Device Compatibility and Requirements
Our Android APK runs on Android 7.0 and later; most devices sold in the last five years meet this requirement. iOS web-app works on iOS 12 and later via Safari or Chrome, covering the iPhone 5s and newer models. Desktop browsers (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Edge 90+, Safari 14+) provide full koko300 access on Mac, Windows, and Linux. We do not support older browser versions; if you encounter display or login errors, update your device OS and browser to the latest stable release.
Data usage varies by activity. Viewing Liga 1 markets and live-dealer streams consumes standard mobile data rates. Using WiFi is recommended for live-video watching (our baccarat and Dragon Tiger studios stream multi-camera feeds). Our app compresses images and updates to minimise bandwidth, but plan for typical mobile data allowances if you place bets frequently during your billing cycle.
Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues
On Android, "Installation blocked" errors occur when Unknown Sources is disabled. Navigate to Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, and toggle the permission for your file manager or browser. If the APK fails to install after this step, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Storage → Cached data), restart, and retry. APK verification takes 10–30 seconds; do not force-close the process mid-install.
iOS users may encounter "Cannot add to home screen" if Safari is in Private mode; switch to a regular tab and retry. Web-app shortcuts on iOS do not support push notifications; use Safari notifications instead (Settings → Notifications → koko300 website). Desktop users encountering login loops should clear browser cookies for koko300.id (Settings → Privacy → Cookies) and log in again. If you still experience errors after these steps, contact support via the help portal with your device model, OS version, and a screenshot of the issue.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The koko300 app requests permissions for notifications (Android 13+), camera (for ID verification during KYC), and contacts (optional—never used without your explicit action). We do not sell or share your permissions data; camera access is local-only, used to photograph your identity document during account verification. Once KYC is complete, you can revoke camera permission if desired.
Your login credentials and payment details are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all connections; login cookies expire after subject to verification of inactivity, forcing re-authentication if you leave the app unattended. Storing payment methods (mobile banking, local payment) in your koko300 account profile is optional; omitting saved payment details means re-entering them on each withdrawal, adding security at the cost of speed. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Account Settings to require a time-based code in addition to your password on login—recommended if you use koko300 on a shared device.
